Our JH (Jumbo Halves) cashew kernels are naturally separated large split halves produced during careful deshelling and peeling of whole nuts.
JH retains the identical nutritional density, natural sweetness, and rich oil content of whole-grade cashews at a more accessible cost. Jumbo halves are a core ingredient for Kaju Katli and halwa, bakery pastes, gravies, ice cream, nut butters, and vegan dairy alternatives.
Pieces are sifted, optically cleaned, and packed in heavy-duty food-grade vacuum bags for overseas export.
